DREW FLOCKHART
OWNER/FOUNDER -
INDUSTRIAL DIVISION
Primary Responsibilities:
Project Management and Oversight, Industrial
and Commercial Divisions. |
Experience:
Drew was born and raised in Scotland where he began his five year electrical training including three years at college with
James Kilpatrick and Sons in Paisley.
In 1977, he moved to Utah with his wife and three children, eventually working with Rocky Mountain Electrical for ten years,
and starting Scotvale Electrical Systems in 1988.
Scotvale’s roots began in the food industry with
accounts such as All American Gourmet, Kraft General
Foods, Dole Fresh Vegetable, Dole Fruit and Nut,
Birds Eye (Minnesota and Mexico), and Lenders
Bagels. Scotvale continues to serve the food
industry while branching into a variety of
industrial processes.
Today, Scotvale Electrical Systems has grown into forty employees with diverse experience in fields such as Engineering, Design/Build,
Systems Integration, Programming, and Electrical Contracting, all committed to providing Value Added Quality Installations.

SCOTT FLOCKHART
ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR -
COMMERCIAL DIVISION
Primary Responsibilities:
Project Management, Estimations,
Design/Build. |
Experience:
Scott has worked alongside his
father, Drew, and along with his brother Stewart,
since 1994. Scott is the project manager and
estimator for commercial project hard bids and
design builds. With his experience and industry
knowhow, he is able to make on the job decisions and
provide options for customers at the onset of the
project.
Scott is launching Green Power Systems (GPS) where
Scotvale will incorporate Green Design philosophy
considering the environmental impact the electrical
design of a project. GPS will allow the customer to
reap cost savings and lessen the impact on the
environment through the design/build process of this
kind of electrical system by incorporating industry
leading technology.
Scott holds a Bachelors degree in Construction
Management from Weber State University. He enjoys
reading and spending time with his family.

commitment from me personally that we ensure a

ADAM GILLIGAN
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER -
INDUSTRIAL DIVISION
Primary Responsibilities:
Industrial automation, PLC/HMI Programming,
Project Management, Bids, and Estimations. |
Experience:
13 years of industrial project
management and technical proficiency in
design/build, new construction, and service and
maintenance. Provided oversight and direction on
such projects as the F22 Hangar Build at Hill Air
Force Base, Weidner Nutrition, and Ogden Publishing
Group, Utah; and national corporations such as
Georgia Pacific, Kroger, and Kimberly-Clark.
Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering
University of Utah. Proficient using Matlab, ladder
logic, structured text, function block diagram. NFPA
70E trained IEEE and ISA member.
Philosophy:
Relationships are key to
building and strengthening our success. I ensure
that our relationship with our customers continues
long after the contract ends. With my hands on
approach, I am able to identify the challenges that
face my customers and provide them with the best,
quality solutions to meet and exceed their
expectations. I apply a Best Practices model to the
engineering design and options that we can offer to
our clients so that what they need and what they
want in functionality, performance, and endurance
will serve their needs and be adaptable as
technology evolves.
